  9.     1. Extract the .INF file to a empty disk or temporary directory (such
  10.        as C:\TEMP).
  11.  
  12.     2. Click the Start button, then choose Settings, Control Panel.
  13.  
  14.     3. Double click the Modems icon.  If you currently do not have a modem
  15.        installed, the "Install New Modem" dialog appears.  If this is the
  16.        case, go to step 5.

  18.     4. If you currently have a driver installed for the Modem Blaster 28.8
  19.        PCMCIA, remove it.  Click on the Add button.
  20.  
  21.     5. Click the "Don't detect my modem; I will select it from a list" box.
  22.        Press the Next button.

  24.     6. Press the "Have Disk..." button.
  25.  
  26.     5. The "Install From Disk" box appears.  Point it to the path where the
  27.        files were extracted (for example, C:\TEMP).

  29.     6. Select the COM port setting.

  31.     7. When you restart the system, and the modem will be installed.
